Tulum Rental Co. Cancellation Policy

Deposit and Payment Upon making a reservation, a deposit equal to the full rental amount is required. This deposit is essential to guarantee your rental and ensure a smooth, hassle-free experience upon your arrival in Tulum. The deposit will be applied as payment for the rental upon pick-up.

Cancellation and Refunds

  • Full Refund: Reservations can be canceled up to 7 days prior to the scheduled rental start date for a full refund of the deposit.

  • 50% Refund: If a cancellation occurs within 7 days but more than 24 hours before the rental start date (based on the calendar day, not the pick-up time), a 50% refund of the deposit will be issued.

  • Less than 24-Hour Notice: For cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice before the rental start date, refunds will be at the discretion of Tulum Rental Co. We reserve the right to withhold the full deposit based on the circumstances of the cancellation.

Modifications Changes to the reservation, including changes to the rental start date or equipment type, are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

No-Shows Failure to pick up the rental equipment at the agreed-upon time without prior notification will be considered a no-show, and the full deposit will be forfeited.

Extenuating Circumstances Tulum Rental Co. may consider refunds under extenuating circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Documentation or proof may be required.
